Stress
Why do so many people stress about every little thing they can possibly
think of? Everyone has had a tough time with stress and most people always will, but there is a way to help fix the problem.
In my own experience I have had numerous amount of moments where I felt like I could not take anymore and just give up.
When I was in the 8th grade
I can remember seeing my counselor to decide what classes to take for high school. I had an interest in computers so I decided
to take as many computer courses as could possibly take. When I was a senior in high school all I could think about was where
I was going to end up after I graduated. My counselor and my parents were constantly pressuring me about what college I wanted
to attend or what major I was going to choose, but I still had no clue. Soon enough it was graduation day and I realized I
still have not decided what I would do afterwards. During the summer I decided I wanted nothing to do with computers anymore,
and was stuck with no idea for a major or where to go for college. Fall rolled around before I knew it and I finally just
decided to go to del mar in the spring to give me time to think of a major.
One of the main reasons people stress so much is because they constantly
worry about a problem they may have instead of taking the time to think on how to fix it. I wasted precious time worrying
about where I would end up instead of sitting down with a counselor from a college I was interested in and talk things over
with them. Stress can have so many effects on the body that can make you miserable, like headaches, stomach aches nausea and
many more. Some people even become addicted to stress and feel like they constantly need to worry about every little thing.
Who wants this? I would guess no one except the people who have already become addicted to the feeling of stress.
Today there are many reasons why people become stressed. The way I found
to relive my stress is to just sit back, relax and calmly think of how I can fix the problem without wasting my time worrying
about it. If people could just take some time out of their worrying lives and relax for a few minutes, they would hopefully
feel less stress and happier with their lives.

Cell Phones
Cell phones have become without a doubt the most popular use of communication between others. Within a few
years it is had to find someone 18 years or older without a cell phone. Everyday cells phones are used for many helpful reasons,
but do they also pose a harmful threat to people?
Today we could not imagine not having a cell phone, they serve many helpful needs like helping parents keep
track of their kids. My parents always know where I am and I can always give them a call anywhere to let them know what I
am up to.
